Hello, I’m Grace. I come from the Himalayas but have lived in the UK for most of my life. I love Darjeeling tea, gardening, reading, writing, puzzles, music, and the art of “doing nothing.” My psychotherapy career spans over 25 years, and my approach is shaped by personal experiences, including the loss of my first husband to cancer. This journey deepened my empathy and strengthened my belief in hope, resilience, and the power of counselling.
